It is located in the heart of Florence, near all the principal touristic places. The hotel and the people working there are very nice, the rooms are really comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, it is buffet (high quality food) and you can enjoy it while you listen to classic music in a nice atmosphere, it is great!!!. good staff. easy access to central city. good breakfast.

The staff are very helpful , they give us very nicerestaurants names. The breakfast are at buffet as a 4 stars hotel andthe waiter in the morning is very kind. We are appreciate !!!. I didn't like the noise from there in the mornings, which prevented us from sleeping after 8h.If must to say only one point the bed too soft for us. steep staircase. The hotel location is good to excess most of the interest points by foot. Need to mention, their breakfast and services let you feel like home. The bathroom was really clean and well fornitured, but there's not a place separated for the shower. Anyway, that's not a big problem considering the good value for the money.Would have prefered a shower , rather than a wet room. no control of heating. No kettle in dining room so hot water for tea was not hot enough. No English speaking TV channels. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I was very disappointed that there wasn't a refrigerator in my room.The shower curtain is a bit short, thus the whole bathroom floor is wet after a shower. Hotel is under renovation. Perhaps need to renovate also entrace hall and mentione lack of elevator in informations due to steep narrow steps. We had early flight and there isn't doorbell inside hotel to wake-up reception but outher doorbell rescued situation.no english tv. the beds were a bit too soft for my liking. Also there was construction work going on while I stayed there...Unfair to be too critical, as hotel was undergoing alterations, However, there was no lift and the stairs were steep, which would have made it difficult for old/unfit people. I think it may have just changed ownership and that there is a lot of refurbishment going on. For us the Air conditioning did not work but I am sure this will be fixed.Poor furnisher, missing renaissance atmosphere in the room, limited shelf in the bathroom.
