Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular. First rate, across the board. The staff was brilliant. The staff were always very friendly. The room was cleaned and fresh towels supplied daily, the food was very nice. In all our stay was very enjoyable.

Helpful reception staff. If we didn't ring up before to ask for a late check out there was onlyone room for us when we had booked 2 ?. restaurant could have more choice for evening meals. Our flight was delayed and we could get nothing to eat as it was aftre 9 o'clock. Had to be rescued by McDonalds nearby!. not really. I found it really difficult to find a clean bowl at breakfast. Most more dirty and this was my only difficulty with the hotel. I know washers can give problems but these bowls should not have been for public use in the state they were.Room was cold on arrival. Hotel ambience is bland and soulless, particularly the bar - and there are no good bars / restaurants within walking distance. The bar staff were very unfriendly and quite rude. Also there is a very strong smell of chlorine when you enter the lobby. I also did not like the location - in the middle of a shopping complex.Thought the bar area was impersonal and cold in atmosphere. When I wentdown for drink at 9ish and perhaps to watch lls quite strong smell of foodbit off putting. overpriced for current economic conditions....The bar is quite simply awful, it lacks any character and/or comfortable seating. As the hotel is some distance from the town it really needs to offer guests a comfortable area to sit and enjoy and drink etc.

We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and so have a number of modified rooms for your personal requirements.

The hotel has accessible rooms that can accommodate up to 2 adults. These rooms have a 5ft double bed. There is a modified wardrobe for ease of access. Modified bathroom includes: wheel in shower, low sink and raised toilet. Bathroom is wired with a panic cord connected to reception.
