The parking was very convenient, the free taxi phone and the fact that they had food available which saved having to go into the town to eat. I'm pleased with your staff being very helpful with map direction/phone for taxis even I'm deaf.very relaxing ,lovely hotel. The room was comfortable, it was ideally located, the staff were excellent. it was very comfortable and a good atmosphere.

The price was excellent value (much cheaper than the local bed and breakfasts) and the room could sleep three which a lot of other places cannot do.it was basic and cheap - just what i needed as a bed for the night. convenent ,near city centre and good value.The staff were friendly and helpfull. Decent size room. We booked a triple room for the same price as a double, so it was very roomy. It was only a 15 min walk to the city centre. We also took our small dog and the staff and guests were very accommodating. Good value overall...which is a pleasant surprise for a hotel in Ireland!. simplicity and value, relatively close to centre. helpfull staff and good continental breakfast. Everything was great for us here. Distance to city centre. clean and friendly. good service. Room was clean, neat and tidy and we were allowed to bring our small dog - however the €20 charge was a bit much seeing that they didn't supply the dog with breakfast!. Very friendly staff. Suffice to say, we didn't get a lot of sleep either!. I enjoyed my stay there.the bed was too soft and gave me back ache but that can't be helped i suppose. Hotel needs to have city maps available.Very basic facilities and the heat. Maybe we were just unlucky but the heat during our stay was phenominal - even with both windows open - luckily I had a small portable fan in the car and this was used throughout the evening and night. I appreciate that it was a warm weekend throughout the region but it was very overbearing and tiresome. I suspect the fire doors remained open all night. Continental breakfast very basic. Needs upgrading in order to compete in the market.extremely basic. Could'nt even get a needle and thread. noise. no bar. I thinks the hotel is very suited for businessmen and women, but not very suited for (young) couples who are on a holiday. not very cosy or romantic. just the basics. nothing extra to make it special. the use of materials in the rooms also came accross as cheap.TV menu seeed peculiar to use. Drinks maschine not working! Drinks overpriced! No bar or evening meals!. As a business traveller on a tight budget, I found it very difficult not to have access to a steam iron and ironing board to press my suits/clothese between meetings. I was abel to use an Iron (non steam) and was advised to iron my clothes on the table!!!! Maybe you could at least provide a Steam iron and ironing board - that would be very useful. Very basic.The strong odour of cigarette smoke despite the signs indicating that there was no smoking on the premises. Having only a heavy quilt on the bed and no other sheet/blanket was too hot. Again, nothing to complain about. It was quite basic.insuffcient security staff, would not recommend for families with children due to noise of other guests. Room small if you are 3; no shampoo or soap in the shower; compared toother bandb in Ireland, quite expensive; breakfast is not included; afterpaying it, you realize that there is not much to eat.Booked for 3 adults. Only 2 cups and 2 towels in the room. Constantly had to ask for more. Only 3 pillows in room. No spares at reception. Very noisy during early hours 1 night in 3. It's just a bed for the night. Not somewhere to bring someone for a week-end away. Curtains were falling down. Very basic facilities.television was broken. i arrived at the hotel after travelling most of the day to find that the boys in the room opposite me partied until 3:30am, i had to fone the receptionist twice from my own mobile as there was no phones in the room. They were drinking and smoking in the room.The room was not clean .Unreasonable charge for early check in.Charge for use of television. During my stay I only saw 2 members of staff and they werent very friendly. Also the floor in the room wasnt very clean and could have done with a good hoover.We are told that if you want extra items ie pillows, cups, milk tea etc just ask at reception we did this and was told sorry we have nothing left the hotel is full.
