The room was clean and modern, the service was excellent throughout our hotel. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was fantastic. Food was great. Location perfect for walking to city centre. Very clean and new.very classy and elegant hotel - would definitely recommend to friends. Central location, hotel very modern, stylish and clean. the personal approach and helpfulness of the staff.

Would not recommend to older people to stay here...Building work in the Hotel for most of the day and evening, very loud. noise from harbour. A swimming pool would have been nice!. yes the health suite was very poor.we called down at 10am to make an apointment but there was staff around to make one.so we left our number and the time 4pm we wanted the apointment at.the person in charge rang an hour before the time we wanted and told us that she wasnt able to take us that she was on her own.it was like she didnt want the busniess. quite a lot of intrusive traffic noise. Parking charge of 8 euros per day. food in the bar was poor. Staff knocking on door requesting checkout at 10.30am. Pity it does not have a pool. Was in room on main road very noisy, rooms very warm even with window open. They seemed to charge for everything i.e room service etc, very expensive to eat in restaurant. Music in the bar area was far too loud to allow conversation. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room for milk for tea. Car park price not included in price.Nice front facing bedroom - but found traffic noise annoying and disturbing in late evening. On the sunday morning there was a generator going from about 8 am outside the room. the parking situation was very poor. Their car park was full an I had to stay a public car park, paying €15 for one night. the non smoking room smelled of smoke.No everything was good. expensive to stay for one night. There was no car park space available, therefore I had to park in a public car park and pay an hourly rate which worked out expensive. The carpet drom the carpark entrance is dirty and worn, as it is the first thing a guest sees it gives a poor impression of an otherwise nice hotel.hotel bar closed at 3 both nights. Car park payment. My room was too hot and too noisy. I would not stay here again unless I was guaranteed a room to the rear of the hotel. the price of then sandwiches at night. 16 euro for a chicken sandwich and soup. Very dear.
