8 of us enjoyed our stay on 31st Jan at the Gresham. We arrived at the hotel at 8.30 a.m. and were able to book in and go to our rooms. This was a complete surprise as we were not expecting to do this until later in the day. Also, all 4 rooms were upgraded FOC. The room was very pleasant and had everything you needed. Bathroom had a bath and large shower. Staff very pleasant. Stunning interior and friendly staff, good restaurant and the priceswere comparable to anywhere else in the city for food and drink. Thestaff couldn't do enough to help.

Also, one room receivedchocolates and none of the others did.staff don't seem to respect the 'do not disturb' sign. expensive parking. could have been warmer in the main bars. Room was too hot could not get airconditioning to work. We were too tired to ask for someone to come up and sort it out!.
