Love this hotel! The staff was very frinedly and professional. The location is great! If you take the air coach from the airport, it stops directly infront of the hotel. There's food places everywhere. The room was very clean. We had a flat screne tv in the livingroom...would have been nice to have one in the bedroom. Love this hotel, if we get a chance to go back to ireland... Location of hotel was excellent and also the car parking facility. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our suite was really nice and comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay at Premier Suites again.all reviews »
The hotel was excellent in every way. The location, facilities, comfort, they were just all perfect! Everything we asked for was dealt with by the staff so efficiently. I will definately be staying here again!. Large apartment-like hotel with full kitchen, including washer/dryer; easy walk to St Stephens Green and Grafton St; easy access to/from Dublin airport via AirCoach bus which stops directly in front of the hotel.Hotel was excellent, complete with bus stop in front of the lobby! Very convenient for using the bus from the airport. Great suite with kictchen - very comfortable for a long weekend!. The size of the room was awesome for the price! The room was clean and in a good location. I would highly recommend to any traveler.it was a most pleasant surprise. we adored the accommodation and could not fimd fault with anything. The apartments at Stephens Hallwere averaged sized for a one bed, but this was off set by the highceilings and comtemp decor to the place. I was well impressed. The style and decor in the hotel room was beautiful and felt like luxury, which i like to experience when i stay in a hotel. The driving directions on the website are not very helpful, either.We were travelling with our two children (12 and 15) and reserved a 2 bedroom suite. Poor reading lights beside beds. No shaving mirror in bathroom.Fairly slow check in and there was only one couple ahead of us checkingin. Receptionist not telling us about access codes to the undergroundcar park. The glasses in the kitchen were dirty. If I'm staying in ahotel for one night, i like to watch the TV in bed, and the radio didn't work in the kitchen, but all in all the hotel room was simply beautiful and so comfortable. My husband found the mattress uncomfortable. Only very small things; the noisy fan in the bathroom, the fire security door into the sitting area and the lack of a suitable reading light in the sitting room.Would be even better if there was breakfast available. Suggest more storage facilities--dresser, shelves, etc. For luggage and clothes spac. The people in the suite upstairs partied very loudly until 6am on our first night!. The bed was very uncomfortable, slept very little and got up next morning with aches and pains. Our only fault with Premier suites.Shower in en suite ran cold. No space in en suite to put cosmetics etc. Car parking was a little difficult to access and parking spaces very tight. Felt suite was a bit hard to get comfortable in, with wooden floor surface and shallow seating on sofa. Would have liked option to play DVD thru TV. The floors are not very clean. They would change the towels daily but that's about all they did.the first room we were put in was appalling and we had to ask to be moved. The walls in the 2nd room were nearly as bad - scuffed and dirty and the room wasnt as clean as you would expect for the money we paid. When we complained the staff didnt seem too surprised and offered an alternative room but not much else by way of an apology.

By Car:
From Dublin Airport:
- Take the M1 following signs for the city centre.
- You will drive straight into Drumcondra.
- Continue straight and this will lead you onto Dorset Street and then Bolton Street.
- After DIT Bolton Street take a left turn onto Caple Street.
- At the end of the street take a left onto the Quays.
- Drive straight until you reach O’Connell Bridge; turn right over O’Connell Bridge following the road around to the right.
- You will pass Trinity College on your left.
- Keep to the left onto Nassau Street.
- Turn right onto Kildare Street.
- At the top of Kildare Street you have to turn left then keep in the left lane. St Stephens Green is now on your right.
- Follow the road onto Merion Row.
- At the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Pembroke Street.
- At the end of this road turn right onto Lesson Street.
- The suites are located about 50 yards up on the left-hand side, just past the first set of lights.
- Double park outside Stephens Hall and one of the staff will direct you around to our car park.
- If you wish to go straight to the car park, drive past Stephens Hall and turn left onto Earlsfort Terrace, you will pass the National Concert Hall on your right-hand side.
- Turn left at the next traffic lights onto Hatch Street.
- Take the first left into Earlsfort Centre Car park.
- Follow signs for Stephens Hall.
By Train:
Heuston and Connolly Stations are 20 minutes' drive ride away.
By Bus:
The Aircoach stops directly outside Premier Suites Dublin, Stephens Hall. You can buy your ticket on the bus. The coach leaves every 15 minutes.
