the staff was very friendly and helpflu, the hotel and the surrounding is beautiful. extremely kind and helpful staff lovely peaceful location. The front desk & staffs are friendly & helpful. The free transport provided to Ubud town was excellent for guess convenience. Price and very friendly staff. Okay breakfast. nothing. The rooms are quite aging. The living area for family suite shall cover with mosquito net. The hotel price quite expensive compare to Kuta Hotel.
