In common hotel is okey3 star, everything u need is provided. Excellent location to all shops, Hardey's supermarket is few steps away, 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. Stuff is very friendly, if u don't need them - u don't see them, u need assistance - they will be right there to help u with any of your needs. Would definitely recommend to book Deluxe room to feel yourself comfortable. Room has all facilities including shampoo, gel, fan, pool towels. If u need an iron they will also provide which.
all reviews » We really enjoyed our stay at Swastika Bungalows, from the location to the three rooms we booked. The pools were thoroughly enjoyed by my children and the layout and design was full of Balinese culture which we enjoyed. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent for the budget conscious and walking straight to the shopping strip and restaurants from the hotel was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again!. Located just near Hardy's Supermarket in Sanur this hotel is right in the centre of the shopping area of Sanur. Staff are very friendly and its a short walk down to the beach. Deluxe rooms are spacious. They have several hot spots for wifi but we still found it had sporadic coverage. Having the choice of three pools was nice, especially the new pool with the swim up bar. Also enjoyed the spacious, clean deluxe room. Staff were friendly and there was plenty of variety for breakfast. It is also close to shops and restuarants, and not far to walk to the beach. I love this place I have been here twice now. It's great value for money. The surroundings are simple but beautiful. It's pool is gorgeous and the massages are fabulous. Plenty of eateries close by with main strip right at the front gate and Sanur beach 3 minutes walk. I loved the staff they are all so friendly especially Sweden . The location was great. Pools were fantastic. The massage at the hotel is so relaxing my 6 year fell asleep during the massage. The whole staff at the hotel are very friendly and polite . The three pools are great, the resort itself is quiet and well set out and well located for stuff in General, the staff were warm and accommodating.the patio outside the bungalow was a great private outside area to relax. The location - quite close to the beachfront! The size of my room was great and it was definitely clean! I only wished the TV had been larger considering that I had a deluxe room. We loved staying with Swastika the people,we loved the grounds, flowers,trees, garden well looked after, our pool the best, Dining room staff, very helpfully,we liked the Restaurant Swastika. Have stayed here many times and have always found the hotel excellant. all the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. would not hesitate to recomend this hotel for budget travelers. I stayed in fan cooled room in the back of the property downstairs you could hear the people upstairs moving around. The deluxe bungalows were fantastic. The hotel is feeling a bit old, thou everything is clean. Towels are a bit grey, rather then white. I was really bothered by some special smell around the Deluxe pool area, couldn't get what it is, either that disinfection stuff they put to clean the pool or smth else. Pool mats over should be replaced for new ones. Wi-fi is very slow all the time loosing good connection, but enough to look up for your email check and Skype, Viber no video regime talk. Nothing. Towels were small and bathrooms basic in newer rooms. The walls are little thin but that's about it. Breakfast good with excellent service, but rather limited choice. driveday from street needs some repairs and bathrooms in older rooms need updating but still very comfortable. The bathroom was, like the room we stayed in in general, very worn and really in need of upgrading. We stayed in a standard room, but it wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the resort. The internet connection was only so-so. Frankly, I had better wifi at my homestay in Ubud. No complaints. The first room downstairs had a really bad smell but then we could change without problems and the second room upstairs was amazing!!!. The only thing for me was, the dining room, the floor could have a good clean up. I had two rooms over my stay as i went to ubud for three days and came back. The bathrooms were not great, and the second one was quite poor, but the room was great. The drive to Swastika and some of the paths around the resort need some form of repair - easy to slip when dark. The bathrooms need modernising in the older section. However still a great place to stay. One bed squeaked a bit. TV channels did not match the guide. Very minor things. bathroom very dated. ?..that's difficult, everything was great. We were first booked into a superior room and it was 'okay', but a bit dark. The deluxe were fantastic so upgraded!. Bar had closed by 9.30 when we returned from eating and fancied a final holiday dring - had to go out again.. . . Can't think of anything negative!. Breakfast. Sanur is very quiet in comparison to the likes of Kuta, so make sure you're looking for R&R. Lack of a room safe. Bathroom facilities a bit old but acceptable. Can't think of anything. Breakfast , No room service. All good. The beach was not so nice. The breakfast needs some variety - and an update. could be more choice for breakfast. The facilities are very old. Pillows were very hard Budget bathrooms not pleasant Openings in windows for mosquitoes to come in.
