Everything, from the moment I arrived I was treated like family, everyone so helpful & friendly. Suites are massive & well kept bed very comfy. Grounds & pool are great. Caramel resturant has excellent food & at really good prices much cheaper than others. I loved the extras they also do like poolside treats, free massage at their Spa, aaaamaaaazing. I honestly cant say enough about this wonderful place. I will absolutley be back. I cant say thankyou enough to all the staff.
all reviews » I liked almost everything about this hotel. The room was huge and there was a seperate bit at the front with our own spa! The king sized bed was very soft an comfortable which was heaven sent as I am 6 months pregnant. The restaurant is lovely with a great breakfast selection to suit everyone and the staff are very friendly an helpful. Your room gets immaculately cleaned every day and they even do a turn down service in the evening. The service on arrival was very friendly and there was a massive Jacuzzi bath in the outdoor area of our suite. The food in the restaurant is excellent, my sate was served on an individual BBQ. The most useful thing was that all toiletries including tooth brushes and toothpaste were provided, which we needed as our useless airline had left our luggage in Amsterdam. A very good relaxing stay for three nights. Not a bad word to say firstly staff here are a credit they are so helpful and friendly so thank you for making my stay so nice!! Breakfast is great very tasty and nice after some tough travelling to be spoilt with it on your room! The hot tub and pool are lovely as is the free foot massage I couldn't recommend this place more if you want something a little special go for here!. We booked this hotel at the end of our vacation (would recommend this) to indulge ourselfs in a little luxury after backpacking. This hotel is amazing, nice staff, superb rooms and service is through the roof. The restaurant Caramel (situated within the walls) has very taste food and beverages... and a very good price/quality. The place looked fantastic, from front desk to the lobby to the suite itself. Very luxurious room, with a jacuzi on our private balcony. Beautifully designed with an eye for detail, fantastic place to stay! A good breakfast was included and you can have it served in the room. Staff are very friendly and considerate. Environment is really cozy and clean. Perfect for both young couples and families with little kids. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bali next time!. Stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite. Only thing about Kamuela is you can't walk through the hotel to the beach which isn't really a problem as you can go through the hotel next door. It's actually about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. There is no direct way to the beach and you have to walk for 10 minutes... But seriously you'll don't want to leave this hotel. There are a total of 10 beds next to the pool. During our stay they were all occupied (we're also lying on them)... I could guess that in high season you need to get there early. Place is right at the strip behind the beach but doesnt have beach access, you have to walk through the hotel nextdoor to reach the beach. Spa place is a little too close to the street hence quite noisy. A little far from the beach. No covering outside your veranda door. When it rain you would get drenched getting in the pintu while fumbling with lock. Also not well lit outside the door. There was nothing I didn't like about Kamuela. It's a great place to stay. Bed mattress was not very comfortable. Nothing.
