  The service is really good in this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle to pick up & drop off from Tg. Pinang jetty. The shuttle will send you to any point in Tg. Pinang. This is a big credit of this hotel.   This is always the choice of stay whenever my family and I were to visit Tanjung Pinang. Its far off from the harbour thus less noisy esp during the wkends.
