The service is really good in this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle to pick up & drop off from Tg. Pinang jetty. The shuttle will send you to any point in Tg. Pinang. This is a big credit of this hotel. It's really save a lot on the transportation cost. The hotel staff are all pleasant and warmed. They provided a very good services and hospitality! Be it from the Front-desk,F&B through the Housekeeping.Congratulations to all of them! Not forgetting your free shuttle service was marvelous and convenience to your hotel guest.

I will definitely stay there again and I also recommended this hotel to all my colleagues. All the staffs are kind , accomodating and helpful. Specially the young chinese guy in the frontdesk. HE is very friendly ,accomodating and offered us free tour. I would highly recomend this hotel in tanjung pinang. The counter lady was very friendly. And the staff very helpful . Free Shuttle.. Everything is good and the staff are very polite. convenient. The staff was so lovely. They wanted to help us in anyway possible. The pool is nice but needs more deck chairs and a bit more upkeep on the gardens and brickwork. The beds were very comfortable in the rooms. The food was good. They made us eggs and pancakes the first morning. They will give you rides to anywhere in the city. You can also rent a driver and van who will take you to the beach. The staffs were freidnly and ever helpful especially the front office receptionist. Rooms were clean although the buidling itself looks old. The front office staffs are helpful and friendly. The staff are excellent. Great service, polite and effecient. Breakfast has variety for different days. The food in the restaurant is good too. The staff was friendly. The location is very far from the beach. It's about 1 hr to Lagoi and 30 mins to Trikora Beach. If you want to have a relaxing vacation at beach, this is not the best hotel. If you just want to have a massage/ spa, and have a city tour at Tg. Pinang, this is a good hotel. The locations of my room was a little inconvenient. My chalet styled room was located right at the end,i.e. room 119 and 120.It was far away from the pool and the main building.The buffet breakfast spread was a little insufficient for a price of SIN$10.00 for a child.I would suggest it should include juices and all style of eggs in the spread. So hard to communicate with room staffs. Unfortunately they dont know how to speak english. But they are trying there best to help us with what we need. The Toilet bit old. Not many businesses around and very hard to find a taxi. nil. not too close. We didn't love the location. You are an hour away from a beach. You can't really walk anywhere because the city has no sidewalks. They charge for eggs during breakfast which surprises me. I feel the toilet can be better in cleanliness as the walls look a little 'old'. Also there don't seem to have any hanger in the toilet at all. There should also be more power points in the room. I only see on usable point with a multi adaptor which was used for the tv. Overall food experience could improve drastically. The pool and rooms are not well maintained, overall the hotel needs a lot of repair and make-over. Not so clean and lots of insects like mosquitoes. Didnt even get to use the gym becos it cant be seen anywhere in the premises of hotel. There's no shops nearby. Too far to walk to shops. There were rats and the food was not fresh.
