the thing we loved most are the staffs! from the guard, maintenance, front desk, breakfast staff, every single one of them are top notch 5-star hotel quality! we've traveled worldwide and stayed at lots of hotels, and yet, the staffs at The Bene we rate the best. Pool is great. it is a small, private place hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but still close enough (about 7-10 mins walk to the main Kuta stretch). Room is clean and neat. Highly recommended!.

Staff is super friendly and helpfull, rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are new. It's only a 5 min walk to Kuta beach and has many shops, restaurants and a mall in the surroundings, yet the hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet. Couldn't fault the staff. Very clean but only new hotel. Don't know what all the beautiful woodwork will look like in 12mths. Great central location even though down benesari lanes we never had any problems. The hotel is in a great location tucked away in the heart of kuta but within walking distance to nightlife and the beach. Benesari Lane has several convenience stores open 24 hours so that is a bonus. The staffs all are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very modern. Facilities are in good order. They're delicious though so not complaining much. 2. Them mozzies were quite fierce. But there will be staff who would spray the room daily so that's alright. The room windows are covered with window film, and can't see through. Breakfast selection wasn't that many, but it's very much acceptable. Breakfast was simple, though still not bad. Pool hours were from 8.00 and screaming kids in pool at 7.00. Royal Suite was only room without balcony because we wanted single beds in 2nd room. Our only complaint was that we found the mattress a little too firm. The pool is nice but the water is pretty dirty. When i dived in, i could barely see things. Drain in the shower took a while to go down while showering but other then that everything was great. Lane leading to hotel is dark & quiet at night. Could be dangerous. Nothing really, our group had 3 rooms and we had no problem with our shower drain in 127 our other friends had drains that did not drain very well causing water build up in shower recess. Staff did attend immediately but drains did not improve. Was a little hard to find since it was so new that the taxi's did not know it yet. Also do not have a business center or computer that can be used which was a bit of a nuisance. Need more menus on breakfast and equal variation for kosher food for muslims like me , if they served pork sausages please served beef/chicken sausages as well ... ty. Bringing big vehicles into the hotel parking was difficult. Bath towels could have been placed after drying it out after first use. Not much facilities in the hotel. Thought there was suppose to have a gym but was not build yet . Breakfast should have more choices of food. Too much mosquitoes. Glass doors heavy and were hard to close, donners in covers were not needed. Lack of dining option, very limited food menu for B.Fast & Lunch/Dinner. Lack of in house entertainment. Very far walk through small lanes to reach the main road which is dangerous at night for waliking alone or with family. Suggest the Hotel provide pick up transport for guest at night as an inducement for them to encourage more travellers booking them.
