The staff were so friendly and willing to assist in any way necessary. The room was spotless & exceeded our expectations. Bed linen & towels were white 'and I mean white' and felt like new. The hotel Spa facilities and staff were amazing & good value for money. I especially loved the body products used in the spa. Buffet Breakfast was awesome, including the Egg Cook - eggs cooked, however you wanted them. Dining Room & Room Service offered a good range in choice and the food was.

Breakfast was good. Cheap laundry service, complimentary water, coffee and tea. We enjoyed the pool every day. Not overcrowed so a nice place to relax. Rooms are not noisy at all. Good value for your money. It's Balinese owned and staffed. They listen to guest suggestions. Small, quiet, friendly staff and within walking distance of most of the best restaurants, the beach 2 minutes, Waterbom Park 15 minutes, Kuta Square 10 minutes and Centro 15 minutes. good breakfast. We have been staying there for more than 2 to 3 time per year for 10 plus years. Overall an excellent place to stay . The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel at home. They wanted to assist in any way that was necessary. The Hotel Spa was very relaxing and of very good quality. I would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to other people. The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and large with a big balcony (we got an upgrade). We loved how close it was to both the beach and the main streets about a 5 minute walk. The pool was large and well kept with a fun pool bar. The included breakfast was a plus!. I loved the hotel, the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely with swim up bar. We enjoyed our included breakfasts and the restaurant has a good , varied menu, The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely come again. Clean ,friendly hotel with good food good service close to beach and shopping it has wi-fi and universal electrical plugs hairdryer these little things just make it a better stay. the spa was excellent. really enjoyed being pampered for a few hours. the room was old however very well kept, clean and very comfortable. easy walk to the shops. The staff are excellent,nothing is too much trouble for them.The rooms are clean and the meals are great value for money.Will definatley return. Some rowdy guests in the early hours of the morning around the pool and returning to their rooms. The building noise going on behind our rooms during the day. Drinks and food are overpriced. Better to buy your own drinks in the supermarket and have dinner outside the hotel. Nothing. 1) poor wifi in some rooms 2) comparatively far long from beach (about 15 min walk), Legian and Poppies II (where are all nightclubs). 3) no toiletbrush. Aside from the breakfast I wouldn't recommend the food there, not very tasty and I felt the cocktails were overpriced in comparison to the cost of our stay. The shower pressure also wan't great. Would like Espresso Coffee Machine in Hotel bar. Breakfast could be a bit better with more choice. Some taxi drivers don't want to take you there because of the lane but if you ask them to drop you off at the sister cottages off Legian st it is really easy to walk through. Some staff did not speak very good English, but that is to be expected. the noise of the swimming pool. next time we will ask for a room away from the pool. Cannot really think of anything that I disliked. There is building going on adjacent so some noise. Bathrooms were ok, but need renovation. Poppies lane two can be pretty hectic and narrow but you do get used to it although I wouldn't recommend it if you were elderly. Nothing of note for the price we paid. the food, the staff, and not being smack bang in the very middle of the business of the place and the night life. It was quiter where we were. Schoolies made it unpleasant for the first three days by knocking on our door and climbing on our balcony at 3am and waking us up. Hotel managers needs to back up its staff and kick them out for unruly behaviour as this would not be allowed in other countries. Hotels need to take some responsible to make a pleasant for everyone. If we knew schoolies were there we would have changed our dates. Its a bit of a walk to go anywhere. Don't expect too much from breakfast. Rooms a bit Tired. It does not offer a twenty four hour restaurant as we arrived at one thirty in the morning and asked if we could order something to eat and was told "kitchen closed, only bread " . We requested a balcony over looking the pool but were pushed to one corner on the ground floor overlooking the pond which was full of mozzies which made it difficult to sit outside .We did request the room to be sprayed inside which they did do . Aircond was not cold. It appeared that they are building something within a few meters from your room door. The hotel is located on the street with a couple of dozens of "massage" salons. Booked transport from hotel to airport 1 week in advance only to be told they had no transport and so had to get taxi, arrived late to airport and missed return flight. The loud thumping music around the pool during the afternoon.
