got injured whilst on holiday,8 days in hosp,hotel staff cleaned my room,packed my bags and brought them to hospital,apon release i returned to satriya for 9 days ,until i was able to fly,being a solo traveller ,i can,t thank the staff enough for the proffessional way that they assisted me,have stayed there before and will definately do so again,you are amid the hustle and bustle of kuta,but once inside the hotel property,almost noiseless amongst the carefully manicured grounds,at the price ran.

Breakfast was a disappointment. The masseurs were unskilled and one of the worst we had. No air conditioning in restaurant!. Bathroom could do with revamp and main bar closed early whilst we visited. We had problems to pay with credit card. It is a good clean hotel with great staff but I think it is a little bit to high priced but I and my wife will defiantly stay here again. the bathroom very outdated in standard room. Quality of basic room is poor but superior rooms much nicer. The website I booked off "letsbookhotel.com" gave me false pictures as I booked a standard room it was that disgusting and foul I had to pay a extra $175 to upgrade to a better room as I could not stay in the room I was put in as your website does not give accurate pictures of a standard room!!.
