Hotel was fabulous; staff make an effort to meet you and remember your name; fantastic pool and bar area; it is a place you want to spend time at - not just somewhere to sleep. Staff make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much effort - very polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Will definitely go back. Rooms are very spacious with outdoor patios and great views. The grounds were lovely staff fantastic hotel was kept so clean and just a great place with young kids very accommodating to our needs, nothing was too much for them. Strongly recommend.

Being asked to stay next door for our first night because of overbooking when we had booked months ahead. They could do with having more variety for breakfast. The seafood barbecue it was not like we are expecting. The bathroom needs to be cleaner. I saw some old dirts not removed for quite long time. nothing. Very dated throughout Classic old Balinese hotel, far too big, too empty and too old Room was a repair job, facilities outdated, had a feel of holiday camp about it. No problem with that style of resort if that's what you are expecting, but this place has long since been a high end or modern hotel. We checked in, headed out immediately for the night and then left as soon as we had breakfast!. -Rude Staff -Receptionist didn't fulfill my booking as per it's details. Basic accomodation/standards but adequate. The rooms defininately didn't come up to par! We had two room in our group- both needed things fixed (air conditioning, bathroom fixtures and the PowerPoint in the bathroom gave me a nasty zap!) the 'private' beach WASN'T private at all! We were mobbed by hawkers the second we stepped off the grass and the beach was FILTHY!. Poor building maintenance. Outdated room interior. Variety and taste of breakfast buffet bad if not poor. The beach area isn't private. Street traders has access and disturb guests. Unfriendly most of Staff. Old furniture , dark ( old ) towel , linen, noisy Air condition.
