First thing the breakfast was good but had imited choices . In addition the hotel has super market , you can go to the beach and waterboom walking in less than 10 minutes .It has nice swimming pool and the safety is very high because there is security at the gate of this hotel. Also the staff are very helpful . We had a villa of 3 floors the first floor has dining area and big kitchen and a bathroom . The second has three bedrooms with three bathrooms and the third has two balconies.
all reviews » I like the bed room set up. We love staying at the balcony. The staff didn't mess up with our valuables event hough we left it inside the room. The place is really cozy and superbly nice. 1. It's best for family gathering. 2. Tip-top facilities~5 LCD TV in a unit + Pioneer DVD player + oven + fridge + lots of air-cond 3. Nice welcome drink. Loved everything about it and would definitely book this place again, crazy how many flat screens and aircon there are in the apartments. 2 thumbs up. Plenty of space. Friendly and responsive staff. They even let me use the espresso machine to make a coffee the way I like it. Roomy and very comfortable. Well decorated and clean. Tvs and sound system every room. Great for families or groups. the design of the place is attractive; besides, the place is really quite. I'm willing to stay there ten more times. The pool is quite small for a family. 2. The product sold in the minibar is super expensive. ( 3x more expensive ). 3. The breakfast selection was a tad limited. Location far from north beaches and other main attractions. Impossible to go out and walking around. Must have a rented car or will depend on taxis to get in/out. Breakfast below expectation. No kids friendly meals. there is no WiFi service. The big swimming pool was under renovation during our stay. Swimming pool was under maintenance the whole time we were there. Bit off from the kuta beach. Breakfast should be buffet instead of ala-carte. But yeah. still OK! :D. Lucky we had a pool I villa as pool at main villa was not avail for use but no mention on site . Breakfast included was cold and not very nice . I prefer to stay further North of Kuta, so the location is the only thing I didn't like. Staff Need more housekeeping. cleanliness - the microwave han't been cleaned for ages. The floors are sandy. The non variety of breakfast food! Room 27 the main bathroom smelt really bad!! And there was poo wiped on one of our kids towels (1st day) the fact that the hotel is situated so far from everything!! No towels for the pool!. Poor Breakfast. Pillow too soft cant request for extra pillow. Toilet flood. No wifi connection in the room. Housekeeping enter without permission. Should have bathtub. It said WIFI was included but there was no wifi in the room. The wifi was only at the lobby which was non existant and the restaurant. The service for cleaning need to puch more and need to be there WiFi accses in all rooms. the location is not very good, nothing much around. the breakfast in the morning is just horrible, worst than i ever saw. the swimming pool is just so small, not really anyone swim. No Internet in the villas Breakfast is not good only standard foods Faar from the City Center and difficult to arrive there.
