Reasonable prices for both accommodation and food and beverage outlets. Very friendly staff, fantastic location on the beach. All aspects of our stay at Bali Garden Beach Resort were enjoyable and hassle free. There was a smiling face to greet us at the airport, efficient reception check in, pleasant waitstaff, rooms were seviced whilst at breakfast and the recently renovated pool areas (3 in total) and gardens are a delight. This would have to be one of the prime locations with true beach frontage - suberb sunsets!.
all reviews » The hotel has undergone an extensive upgrade in its external facilities. There are three excellent swimming pools, excellent bar and food facilities, and an inviting beachfront facade. Beach is very dirty in Kuta. the hotel should upkeep the cleanliness of the rooms, the bath towels, bed sheet and pillow case. The smell outside our room and leaking toilet. Pool area was under construction , hotel is old but attempts being made to upgrade it . The hotel was not expecting me complteley and took time to get my room ready so had to wait a coupel of hours in the lobby and hotel has no in house 24 hr coffee shop. The facilities in the room are too old, and the room for us is not the same as what we ordered. The room is a run down. staff hospitality, some guests. The rooms are desperately in need of refurbishment and the beach was not accessible. Room. The room was not clean and we were given twin sharing beds when Irequested for double queen during my reservation.
