All the staff from valet to house keeping where excellent, i stayed there many times. It's nice of them to upgrade me to penthouse for free. Great that it is 2mins walk to Epic walk Mall. Location is goid as it is near to many resturants ( walking distance ) and to shoping malls. location is strategic to shopping facilities. the staff can fulfill our request as we book the room. I stayed here this time because I have stayed at the Aston previously about 6 years ago. The Hotel has deteriorated in my opinion. The location was convenient for my needs. not much as i was expected.. Extremely smiley staff. Location in Kuningan. The lift system can be very slow and it is very stuffy inside the life, should do extra ventilation. The room is a bit old, the linen is like 100 years old need to be replaced. No mini bar. Water pressure not good, No air circulation in the bathroom. AC not cool. Interior needs upgrading/renovation. The wired internet did not work as other reviewers have stated so I class that as a misleading advertisement on their website. Staff helpful but I have experienced better in Indonesia. The room was fairly spacious but not what I would classify as clean. The food is very expensive. Lifts appalling. Not a hotel to recommend. It's a very old looking hotel and the maintenance is just average. Definitely not enough elevators and the existing ones are very slow. There was a leak on the wall of the master bedroom so every time it rained a big puddle was formed on the floor. Hot water in the shower didn't work properly, I reported it 3 times during my stay but the hotel didn't do anything about it so I had to shower with cold water instead. far away from whats in pics rooms are very small, airconditions not cooling, baths not clean. comfort of facilities. Old and substandard until I complained about the total lack of functioning facilities. Aircon waterfaucets toilet lifts all failed because of old age. Aircondison is very poor.
