  I have been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Chennai over the last years. This is a very fine hotel with great rooms and very good service. - Nice rooftop restaurant. Not as anonymous as many business hotels. Great they have an ecological approach.

  Everything...!! It was a great experience we have had there..! The staff was so cooperating, in fact we arrived at 10 am even if our check in was at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had made the upgrade to a suite room with a reasonable price, and made our room available soon..! The beauty is that we even had a free - We likes everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.
