- Wow Effect: I have been travelling for last 20 days to different cities for India, but this Hotel give me the wow effect. - a great value for Money: I did not expected that my room would be that big (go for Business class) - Internet was free and WORKING - Thank you Green Park: I will come back again. The SPA and massage are excellent. All other facilities are good. Breakfast spread and the juices are good. It also has tender coconut juice.

Sheets were not clean. rooms wer very old fashioned. the shower cabin was full of stains. poor lighting in the room & very poor lighting in the bathroom. renovation was going on and it was very noisy throughout the day. you cannot stay in the room during morning hours. The food served in the restaurant is bad, but at the same time the breakfast is good. Noisi AC in the room. Hotel services to be renewed. Gym, pool, mustang bar. Basic courtesy is missing with the staff (may not be immaturity, but a casual approach). Very Poor room service. Unwarranted question at the reception while check in. Front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. Check-in experience is like standing in immigration counter. Given 1 key only even though requested for 2 keys and response was very rude. Room was very dirty. TV remote not worked. Pool area was closed. Flies in the breakfast area. Mosquitos in the bathroom. More like 2 star hotel and it should not be a five star hotel. I stayed in this hotel and they charged me twice. Impossible to be refund for their mistake . They are thieves.
