The staff were really friendly and especially the concierge who personally dropped us to our restaurant across the street. The location is great as there's loads of restaurants and shops, all very modern so if you want something more local that probably not the right area. The bathroom in our executive suite needs a lot of work. The toilet seat had stains and the shower had green stuff the it. Considering the rest of the hotel and re actual room it was rather nice I felt the bathrooms need a .
all reviews » Fab hotel, great comfortable apartments . . Swimming pool area was really nice and relaxing. All staff were polite & helpful. Attached to a fantastic mall and next to a second, the outside area is great for walking around and sitting near greenery. Select Citywalk is place to stay. It is next to a new shopping mall, and can enjoy shopping and a meal. The air-conditioner of the room is well effective and cool. The staff is also kind in FRIENDLY. There are a big refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. comfortable room, great design ,good utilization of space in room ,amazing facility, 2 TV, sofa table, mini bar fridge micro/oven etc etc etc , yes really, almost everything available in room, great view, excellent location,. Where it is located , second your staff very friendly & help full . Would like to recommend Mr Salim ( staff at front desk) who always goes that extra mile in assisting me when ever I needed assistance . comfortable rooms, and very helpfull staff ! easy for shopping if needed, some restaurants in shopping center, take away possible, ... good hotel for business people, or family with young kids. Blaring sounds from the Mall in the bedrooms. No soundproofing. Terrible stay. Staff is extremely laidback and took their time in checking us in and out. The light in the wash room was flickering and it was not taken care of even after it was conveyed to the butler. Some one else's in room dining order landed at my door at 1 am.
