Staff went out of their way to help when my wife became ill. They even prepared special meals for her. They treated us like their own family. Shiv Kumar went and got all the medicines we needed. They were extremely concerned for us and ensured we had an enjoyable time in India. I highly recommend this Hotel. Everything nearby. This hotel has a great location in South Delhi - fronts onto a public shopping area closed to traffic, with cafés, shops, restaurants & the cinema. We didn't need to go far for what we needed. Very modern & clean for India. The breakfast was good & their restaurant did nice food & drinks & coffee.
all reviews » Location was great, due to the community center which had many restaurants, shops and movie theaters. (This is not a mall. It's outdoors) The staff were very good and helpful. I would consider staying at this hotel again only for Location & Staff. Location is v good .. metro is close and all the shopping & restaurants are close. Next to shopping complex. Very convenient from south Delhi business hub. And then when we finally got a room with proper working ac, the shower was not working well.
