  We had spent some time travelling around West Bengal for three weeks prior to our stay so the easy greeting and check in was great. All the staff that we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our stay.   To be honest, by the time two hours had been reached after leaving the amazing Kolkata airport, and with my taxi driver throwing his hands up in the air, not able to find The Kei, I started to entertain the prospect of finding somewhere else to stay.
