It was great! We have been promoted to a room suit, with one double room and one single room, when the staff saw we are 3 people. The shower is excellent, and the transportation also. My parents said they will definitly will stay there next time if we need to go to HK. Comfortable hotel, great service and facilities (sauna, heated pool, bubble bath, steambath, fairly large gym, shuttle bus to and from nearest MTR stations, powerplug adaptors for foreigners, etc, all included in the price). Great view when room is facing the sea.
all reviews » I did not have a very long stay but I like being up-graded into a suite which was very comfortable. The train was near and only took 15 minutes to get into the city. The overall hotel was very impressive and good value. I would stay again. Hotel had an awesome view of the ocean and the area. Hotel itself very nice. Pool, gym, restaurant, the works. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was the best I have seen in years. Definitely a value for the cost.The view,eight elevators,the pool,both saunas(dry and wet),danish dip,jazzusi,the large tv built in the wall,modern hotel and more.Very nice hotel.I would stay there again!!!!!. I appreciated the airport transportation service which only cost HK$180. The outdoor pool was nice in the evening too. The view is really lovely.Got a lot of hotel for our money. We get off from Tsun Wan metro station and took a taxi according to Booking's instruction. But we didn't know there is different between Green taxi and Red taxi. The Green taxi driver didn't tell us he need to use a further way to get there. And he charged us $89HK, which is doulbe the amount we should pay if we took a red taxi. we had a strongly argue with him, nearly need to call the police!!!. Small remarks: it's not clear that drinks are not included in the breakfast and that breakfast is half price after 9:30, plus hotel is not too close to HK island (although of course one knows that when booking). Takes about 30-40 min by bus/taxi and MTR. Hotel was a little away from anything. Either had to take the shuttle bus to the MTR or take a taxi.The beds were to hard causing me back problems. the bed were firm, the bathroom could have been a bit bigger but were excellent in what they provided. windows may only be opened after some talking and signing a kind of disclaimer form (Haftungsausschluss). location is not close to Metro station, but they have shuttle to station. ONly thing is that it was quite far from Tsuen Wan but shuttlebus excellent. the location was great, but there are no shuttle buses from the airport. taxis are the best way to get there. no electricity for half an hour!!!!!!!!!!. The last shuttle bus should end a bit later.The desk clerk could have been more welcoming. Otherwise, the rest of the staff were friendly. location not great,need transport to get anywhere. A little bit remote. The seat of shuttle bus is too small, and I didn't use the shuttle bus because of heavy rain. I can't understand why they don't drive the shuttle bus during heavy rain.If you realy must to go on the internet there is no internet computers for the guests. There is only one internet computer in the lobby/front desk that you can use for internet booking/online theck-in. Transport. Small room, High Internet Prices. Expensive hotel airport shuttle. No other easy options to get to the airport except taxi. Bus took one hour to Discovery park terminus then 10 minute cab ride to hotel.The location was still a bit far away. Improve the shuttle service.Bed a little hard. Not much printed information available about the hotel facilities or the city. No internet access provided, unless one has own laptop. Dinner choice and prices, No direct shuttle (free or otherwise) service to or from the airport.Even though shuttles are regular, the wait and traveel time takes up valuable holiday time. not enough clean. too far from the city such as mong kok and central. the pillow is very bad for sleep,,,. Proximity to the Airport. This hotel is really out of the way. The transportation need to be improved, During rush hours, the shuttle is not sufficient. The attitude of the drivers are generally bad. I think they should increase one more driver/bus.

From HK International Airport:
- Follow signs for Kowloon.
- Drive along the Tsing Ma Bridge after the toll station.
- Follow signs for Tuen Mun and exit at Sham Tseng.
- Turn left at the traffic lights and drive along Castle Peak Road for 1 km to the roundabout.
- Follow the side road to the hotel.

From Tsuen Wan MTR station:
- Follow signs for Belvedere Garden then Ting Kau.
- Turn into Hoi On Road from the roundabout and drive along Castle Peak Road
- Continue onto Ting Kau from the junction of Hoi On Road and Castle Peak Road.
- After passing The Bay Bridge, keep to the left and continue straight to the hotel for 1 km.

By Bus:
From HK International Airport to Hotel:
Take the A31 from the airport (Ground transportation centre) to Tsuen Wan (Discovery Park Bus Terminus), then transfer by taxi to Royal View Hotel.
