Location was excellent for a more relaxing time after the rush of the City.All facilities were excellent and would have like to have stayed longer than one night. great staff and a beautiful hotel. Was a much finer hotel than many hotels I have stayed at for twicw the price. NIce big room and good view. Convenient hotel bus service to airport. staff very helpfull, free shuttle bus to city and train station.

It was clean and quiet. I did not have the time to use the facilities much.Excellent pool area and good buffet restaurant. Excellent Room Service, and Concierge Service. Friedly staff, very comfortable. Senic. Very brief but enjoyalbe. The staff was incredible : Friendly and helpful. The only down side was the distance from Kowloon and the bustle of the city.Is there breakfast served? If not, the hotel may want to consider including breakfast services. Far distance from HK airport. Not alot going on around the hotel, but it met our needs for a oneday visit. The shuttle bus, while convenient is not free. I should have been warned about this.Specifically asked for non-smoking but initially given a smoking room on arrival at 4pm. It took until 6pm for them to relocate me to a n/s room. breakfast. Would prefer non buffet. Something quiet and relaxing.I found certain things to be grossely over priced. I had three pairs of pants and one short sleeve polo shirt cleaned. It cost $50 USD. Use of the internet on the hotel computer was $8.00 USD for 1/2 hour. There wasn't a quiet place to sit and have a cup of coffee other than the room. late cleaning of rooms. 1) I chose this hotel because they offer an airport shuttle. But it was not mentioned that the cost of this shuttle is $94hk per person per trip. 2)I was told the hotel is 10kms from the airport----maybe if you cross the water. By road it is at least 25kms. 3)We requested a wake up call but did not get it. 4)As we were only looking for an overnight stay to break our return trip to Australia thie. Breakfast was expensive as the cost of connecting to the Internet.too far and no shuttle or any other transportation except taxi after 23:00 and taxi is too expensive. The noise outside the hotel along the seafront in the early morning - people chanting and shouting at 6am. The service at the bar, which was slow and unattentive. The fact that the lift did not go mdown to the gardens, and that the door from the gardens to the shopping mall was padlocked shut.Bathrooms a little tired, but clean and bright. internet pricing ridiculous.the baggage was forgotten. The concierge did not pick uop the phone and we had to go downstairs to get them to bring the luggage. Hotel bar was promoted everywhere, but actually shut down (for good ?). Too noisy during mid night, could not even see the sea in the "sea-view" room. The night staff at the concierge desk was not up to his job. He couldnt speak english and he had no knowledge of what's gone on during the day, thereby unable to assist with our query.hotel staff (not all) was not very friendly. seamed like they didn't have time for me. The bathroom tiles seemed to be mildewed and this gave me an unpleasant feeling.Actually the service provided is fair not expected. Far from the city. they put us in a smoking room (we are non smokers as was specificd)then we waited 45 minutes for a non smoking(we were told someone was on their way) Another hotel where westerners are treated like 2nd class citizens.
