loved the proximity to shops ferry mtr etc, very comfortable bed with lovely quality clean white linen, rooms good size with sliding dividing wall, own small kitchen, lots of storage space, great air conditioning. pleasant polite staff, 12th floor tiny sea view! will definitely stay again. The location is very good, within 2 minutes to walk from Tsim Sha Tsui subway station. The room was not very large, but clean, with modern furniture and all the facilities. The staff were helpful and took care of all our requests. I would come back any time.
all reviews » the hotel is very clean and we like the modern design of the room. Its very clean and they have complete kitchen accessories that we were able to use for cooking our breakfast. Location is convenient for food , shopping and to MTR station. Good for family travelling on a limited budget with cooking facilities.location, kitchen facilities, cleanliness, bigger room space. Very clean, staff knew the area and assisted well with questions. Hotel close to all modes of transport - a real bonus. The airport bus A21 is just around the corner and great value (family of four was HKD $99). Microwave, small fridge and cooktop in room. From the airport take bus A21 for 33 HKD and you get close to the hotel.The Lady at Front Desk (Joan) was exeptionnaly helpful in regards to my extended stay and getting me information about flights and the Bangkok Airport Crisis. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - no request was too much for them. (1) The spaciousness of the room is a real bonus in typically space-tight Hong Kong! (2) The front office staff, Ms Joey Cheung was also very pleasant, cheerful and eager to help. (3) The location of Citadines Ashley was central and accessible to everything --- Great!.
