Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location, easily top 5 best views in the world. The infinity pool with the Caldera and Volcano behind is simply breathtaking. All of the staff were fantastic. Helpful, polite, they did everything they could to make us feel like royalty. Even little things like filling our room with candles and wine for our anniversary. all reviews » Wonderful view, the best location. Staff was really nice and kind, the manager Elina is a darling, always with a smiling face, and very helpful. We felt cared. It's a hotel who care for details, like the cel phone they gave us to contact them in case of need! Loved the champagne on arrival, the ipod on the room, the breakfast loking over the caldera. Location near the center with clubs, bars, restaurants.. But a few minutes wallk, so not noisy and not crowded, you can relax. The pool! Best pictures we've made were done near it! Very friendly and helpfull staff. They made us feel relax and lazy. Breakfast and lunch. I can recommend this place for romantic weekend. The views are amazing and the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Very clean close enough to the main town for a night out with food and drinks. If I return some day to Santorini I would not stay in Fira or Oia. Its just too much Tourist Trap. Its better to stay near Perisa where theres nices beaches and also very nice views. the view, the pool. Only that the holiday came to an end and we had to leave. The room we booked (double) was very small, not enought space for the two lugagges we had. We changed rooms and then it was perfect. Our room near the pool was small, but the prize of 160 euro for this quality, location and other pluses I've mentioned is not too big either. Sometimes its nice to have a bar in a hotel, although staff did bring you drinks when asked, I knew in advance there was no bar. Taxi leaves you at 10 min walking distance and if you have to carry heavy luggage you must be in good shape: roads are very cute but quite uneven and uphill so wheels on your suitcases will not help that much. Having to leave. Wish we could of stayed forever. Marble floor in shower was very slippery. The water heater system was broken, and we have taken cold bath for 2 day, even complain about it in the first day. The room is noisy from the street (carry on luggages). poor facilities, room not clean (fungi in the shower),.
