The owner was extremely kind, welcoming, informative, and very very helpful (he helped us with the routes for the rest of our trip in Greece). The location is perfect for visiting Athens, right across the street you have the tram station that takes you right to the center of Athens to the Acropolis. The rooms are clean, air conditioned, and well kept as well as equipped with a mini fridge. Across the street is the beach which is perfect for an evening dip to cool off after an extremely hot day .

The location is just perfect! Close to the sea, just few meters from the hotel is bus stop, e22 express and A2 which takes you to the Center, X96 which takes you to and from airport. In walking distance Center of Glyfada with lots of restaurants and shops. The price is very good and reasonable for what you getting. We s. close to the beach, very friendly staff. If you want to pass your vacation not in the room - perfect choice. Rooms costs cheaper as it should be! Transport to the Glifada and to the Athens goes very often. Busstop from the airport (X96 - 5 Eur) is in front of hotel - very comfortable. Tram station - 200 meters. Dimitris, wish you all the best! PS Who wants to spent his/her vacation most time in the room (like to watch a TV, etc) - I suppose the best way is to stay at home - that will be more co. We have chosen this hotel because we planned to visit Athens as well as nearby areas (mostly Lake Vouliagmeni and Poseidon Temple at Sounio Cape), and we did not want to stay in the downtown Athens. The hotel did have everything indicated at letsbookhotel.com descriptions and reviews so it was a perfect value for money for us and fully corresponding to 1.5-2 star. Very short walk to the beach (nearest was a paying beach) but free ones also very nearby. Bus stop to the airport, Piraeus,and Athens center were right outside the hotel. We had booked a double room but were given one with 3 single beds. I asked if a double room was available and as only a higher price one was we were upgraded free of charge. Perfect location for an active holiday: the beach within walking distance, convenient access to the center of Athens (from a first to the final stop), 2-3 tram stops busy street for evening walks. Nice cup of tea and cookies on arrival Although the Hotel does not have a restaurant the staff arranged a takeaway meal to be delivered to the Hotel. You can catch the airport bus just over the road. It was perfect for us. Our plane came in at 12:30am. We hopped on the x96 and it took us 30 min. It was short walk to the left and easy to find. Next morning, we went to the bus stop and took it to the port for our cruise. People very friendly. Hotel is situated very close to Athens airport, so it is useful when you need transfer from one to other flight. Staff is very freindly. Comfort level for the short stay is very acceptable. Was sometimes faults with hot water supply. The traffic at the front of the Hotel and the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain but that's all. We didn't have any complaints at all. We loved the balcony. Very noisy place due to location near road. Room was one of the old rooms that had yet to be renovated. It was satisfactory since all I wanted to do was sleep. Train ride into Athens takes over an hour - not too big a problem but a very tiring travelling back and fourth, shower is very small with no curtains so bathroom floods. bathroom dated and not well looked after. A bit noisy but if you close the window (and turn on the aircondition) it doesn't bother you. No hot water. On noisy street Far from restaurants. Plug sockets with wires hanging out.
