Very Friendly Staff; Great location - Very near Metro stop to Athens and surrounding beaches; Lovely pool side area;. the free upgrade to the top floor with beach views - fantastic breakfast. Clean, quiet rooms, nice location. The hotel was quiet.Cleanness, service, free parking, nice garden. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is clean and comfortable and in a great location, one block from the Tram directly into the city. It takes 45 minutes to get to Athens via Tram (less than 1 eur). The breakfast was great, eggs, ham, bacon, danishes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, jelly, orange juice and coffee. Free transporation from airport to hotel but 7.50 euros going back to Airport.

Not acceptable for family with small kid. We were not satisfied with bathroom, the shower put out only hot water and cold. It was easy to burn the skin....The website indicated correctly how to reach the hotel via public transport, but does not indicate the specific bus stop to get off at - as there is shrubbery in the middle of the road and travelling in the opposite direction means one is completely unable to see the hotel. This was a little confusing and slightly annoying as I had to walk 2km before I could find the hotel. Too far from City. close the beach and traim station. the internet is good. One thing only...air conditioner barely kept the room cool. near to the high way,very noisy rooms,you have to shut the windows, and rooms are occupied by mosquitoes!. Rooms are very noisy due to the high way car movement 24 hours\day,nointernet service at the rooms location? Lot of insects are found inthe rooms?!. the pool area and bar was full of garbage.Really noisy: there is a huge highway just behind the hotel. Air-condition did not work, that was a big problem. Actually everything else went well.Food in the restaurant not great. Meat over cooked on the mixed grill soit was tough. Next night two huge langustines on top of our sea foodrisotto were both raw inside! However you are within walking distance ofthe places to eat in Glyfada. Air conditioning not terribly efficient. Too far from the airport for overnight stay.no sea view from the room/balcony allthoug the room was booked/paid for with sea view, the surrounding trees took the view. From my perspective this is not a 4-star hotel. The very noise main street is close to the hotel. The hotel should be refurbished. The best time of this hotel is long ago.it is a very dirty hotel , old equipment , it is a typical medium 3star hotel.

The hotel provides minibus, at an additional cost, that leaves the airport every 2 hours between 09:00 and 19:00, from Monday to Friday. In order to use this service, please contact the hotel at least 48 hours in advance, with the time-slot you require for pick-up. If you require transportation to the airport, the hotel can provide this from Monday to Friday, every 2 hours, between 08:00 and 18:00, at an additional cost. 24 hour note is required. In case of a flight delay, or you miss the appointment with the driver, public buses also run to the resorts stop 5th Glyfada regularly.

Upon request and at a surcharge, there is a transfer from/to Athens Airport. Please inform Palmyra Beach Hotel at least 48 hours in advance if you want to use the service.
