all reviews » Nice room, good location. Chap on reception on our arrival was superb - efficient and friendly. The room (Clubroom) was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. It was a short walk into city centre. Had a secure garage. closeness to rail station and the great value of time and money. very helpful staff ,nice furniture,clean room and good location. Everything, except ... we had a noisy room at the top which was hot (no air conditioning) but this was our fault as we could have asked for a change. Location, clean hotel, good breakfast, small but friendly room!. staffs are good, polite and helpful.Close to railway station and not too far from city centre. My reservation was five months before my trip, three hotel nights.First the price seems as perfect, but... with the breakfast price, and with the high parking fee (parking-house is close to the hotel) already not too favourable!. It's better to include the breadfast with discount price. Breakfast was a bit expensive at 12E per person so we only took it at the hotel once. Also a double bed was provided even though I asked for singles. The bathroom was very small, but there was a good shower and the furniture was new.Cost of breakfast is too high. "air conditioning" was really just a poor ventilation system which could not even keep the room as cool as the outside air. Hotel is a bit deceptive on this point.The hotel was expensive. A room at that price really should provide a "hospitality tray" for tea / coffee. The pay television did not have the English film advertised -- and which I paid for. The 12 Euro breakfast was overpriced, and not well executed. No airco for a 4 star hotel. We had to stay in the annex. The room was facing another building at less than 10 meter. Small Rooms, no Tea/Coffee making facilities, no Mini-Bar. Room was not cleaned after each night, I asked for a smoking room and got a non-smoking one, overpriced internet which has the speed of a 56K modem on the 5th floor, overpriced food including breakfast, and the worst of all, astronomically overpriced room.

Parking spaces are available in the hotel's underground garage and in the garage to the left of the entrance for a fee.

Arrival by train:
Exit the train at Munich Hauptbahnhof (main station). The Kings Center is a 5-minute walk away to the north-east of the station.

Arrival by plane:
If not renting a car or taking a taxi, take the lines S1 or S8 of the S-Bahn (city rail) from the airport or the airport shuttle bus which leaves every 10 minutes. The ride takes approx. 40 minutes, just slightly slower than a taxi.
