Some other reviews say the staff were unfriendly, but I found them ok.Good location, top floor room had balcony. The bed was good and breakfast was nice. the area. Breakfast was not included, and was relatively expensive. Lobby is very small. The standard room is a quite small but accettable. The breakfast is not included if you book on internet but in the hotel book in your room is written that it is included. Lack of facilities (computer room). Last time I stayed I had a cheaper rate and it included breakfast I was disappointed to miss it this time. No iron, tea or coffee facilities - small home comforts you take for granted in a smaller hotel.luggage store in lobby, no separate room. pillows not comfortable. small but I was by myself so there may be larger rooms available.The window could not be put on 'vent'. So, when sleeping - either we have to have the window closed, or we had to have the window open. It would have been useful if the window could have been left open just a centimetre or 2 centimetres and locked in position. Our keycard died two times. Reception staff leaves desk at their will, once in the evening we waited outside about five minutes to get in. Another time again due to keycard problem we did not get into the hotel room, and in the mean while reception personnel had left the desk. They call the top floor rooms suites, but they are just very small rooms with balcony.too small suite - without a sofa.
