Location. Located in quiet street, 10 min walk from the place I had to be. Friendly staff, and a very good price for the quality.Line U2 underground direct connection to Munich Exhibition was good. No air-conditioning. Most places are designed for cooler summers !!. air conditioning would be useful on hot nights. The stairs to the lift are a problem if you have a lot of luggage.
