The apartment was good for 3 travelling together. 1 double bedroom and a living / sleeping area with 2 bathrooms. It was spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen facilities were adequate (no sink plug) with supermarket nearby. Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board supplied. I liked the location very central, and the fact it appeared quite new everything was fresh and clean.

Really comfortable place to stay, clean and professional. The location was good - 10 minutes walk to the Marienplatz and 10mminutes from the central station, with other stations nearby. The rooms were a good size and it was a bonus to have a washing machine in the kitchenette. One of receptionist was very good man. We needed to leave earlier when the reception is still closed, but he arranged for us everything needed to be able to leave at night next day. Location in the city centre. Location. The location of the hotel is good: city center, not far from the central railroad station, close to shopping area. Tv tuning and colour problematic but hotel staff fixed this after the first night. The toilet cistern in the bathroom dribbled all night, everynight causing loss of sleep for one of our party. This was not fixed despite us reporting it to the hotel staff. Only 2 pillow slips were supplied for 3 pillows - once again not atttended to by hotel staff. no early morning call before 7 am. The shower is quiet bad, poor WiFi connection in the rooms. Went during Oktoberfest so it was expensive. Hallways smells bad. WiFi very shotty. I received my booking confirmation from letsbookhotel.com But when we arrived the hotel said that there is no reservation. Internet coverage & speed was bad. Uncomfortable pillows, old bedsheets, small covering. The staff was not that great. The bar close too early. I didn't like the fact that there were no electrical plugs near the bed. So to plug in my computer from the bed, I had to stretch the wire to the other opposite wall, which wasn't so pleasent. I didn't like the internet connection. it didn't work good for me, or for my colleague, it kept interrupting. I was concerned about security - someome kept leaving the security door open and the staff seemed unable or unwilling to do anything about it. There was rubbish left in the hallway for a few days even after I let the front desk know about it. Other receptionist was a very impolite, allowing himself to show demonstratively not good atitude towards visitors. We took 2 rooms in that hotel. One room was good, it was similar to what we saw on photos and to the description. But another (labeled as "lux" in the description) was completely fake. That room did not met our expectations completely. Cleaners are not doing their job well enough: they do not clean the floor of the room, they did not left bath accessories for us as well. Very noisy - could hear every soy d from the other rooms plus children running around in the corridors We had booked the apartment to be able to cook but there was no table to eat on Place felt cold and impersonal and uncomfortable Internet was down a lot of the time. There was no heating in the room. When asked about the staff replyed that it is May and they stop the heating. It did not matter to them that it was 12-15 deg outside. As well there was no lectrical heater available in the reception. RecceptionAnd Commitment Bad. My Booking Was Comfired for two Suites When we arrived they told us The available Just one suite,then dailed us for one hour and ahafe to give us one suite and Trible bedromm. Non-polite staff, photos in internet and booklets do not correspond to reality, Lux-room is not Lux at all.
