We were very impressed with the hotel staff. They were very kind, courteous and helpful. They did everything they could to make our brief stay enjoyable. We had a kitchenette room and it was very clean, comfortable and it was in a good location too. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Location. Spaciousness of room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. We liked the mini kitchen as well with frig, microwave, sink and cabinets. Lovely windows with good noise blockage.

The staff was very nice and also helpful. (They saw to it that our clothes were laundered for us by one of their staff members.). The noise level outside was very loud late and early, and although the windows blocked the sound effectively, it was too warm to sleep with the windows completely closed. Upon arrival I found two towels in the bathroom however during the stay only one towel left. The TV set did not work and it was not repaired during the stay. Only one hang was found in the wardrobe.Nothing. Only one tv in the huge family suite....but it was no biggie. Free wifi didn't work in our floor, just in the lobby. nth to complain. Definitely need some staff training in the breakfast room. My single bed was very hard, however my friends in their double said theirs was quite comfortable. Carpet is a bit worn- seems like the hotel is due for some upgrades. Breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Tables not cleaned, no fresh coffee. Disappointing. Pillow covers weren't clean, breakfast table wasn't refreshed in time, no internet connection during the half of the stay, check out took around 40 minutes (a lot of people those were checking out at the same time and only one receptionist who worked very slowly). 2 stars instead of 4 would be more suitable for this hotel. The bed was too hard. The lift was slow. Not enough light in the bedroom. i was given a smoking room, the smell was very bad and it was hard to sleep. sterile soulless almost non existent wifi. the wi-fi connection did not work in my room during all my stay when they say you to choose the preference for the beds distribution, the don´t care, it´s only a preference and it does not means that they will do what you ask them. Never a 4 star hotel. Bar was only open 1 night during my stay,despite being a big week for german football in champions league and bar manager still managed to close the premises at 2310 hrs. Parking outdoors, even though there were plenty of parking houses in the neighbourhood. I think the hotel should provide spots there. The breakfast was very simple for a four star hotel! It did not taste good either. When we had finished eating, we found (well hidden) a folder on the breakfast table saying that we could order omelette or fried eggs. No one from the staff asked us about that. We received no towels and the beds had no quilt cover ...when we asked for towels the hotel refused to offer any saying that we check out soon so why do we need them ...
