The staff of the hotel is extremely nice and helpful! This hotel is one of the few that has a wheelchair accessible room with a double bed! Wonderful!. The staff is very informative and helpful. The children's playground is a small play area in the lobby. It's perfect for check in/out, and we did use it for a few minutes one afternoon. There is a park right across the street though, with a duck pond and lots of green space where the children can run around. trains, passing by hotel. The bed was not that comfortable and they only gave us one duvet whichwas not as large as the bed. Also there were no tea and coffee makingfacilities in the room but this may be normal for Germany. Most expensive room I booked on a recent trip around Germany and the worst room. Double bed was so close to the wall that it was impossible to access the side of the bed. Duvet provided only covered 75% of the bed. Eventually found a second single duvet in a cupboard - but we had booked for two people. I will give this hotel a miss next time.The room maid provided me and my wife only one set of liquid soap and shampoo though we stayed 3 days. No a/c.
