  We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. He prepared freshly made (complimentary) espressos that we enjoyed in the lounge with delicious christmas cookies and chocolates until we decided ... what people say » what to do with our day. He helped us book a last-minute city tour and provided detailed information for the Christmas markets. While our room was be - The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

  The location is superb! Ani, the young lady at the front desk was very sweet, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean!   Great location near Alexanderplatz and easy shopping for groceries and supplies at the huge Alex shopping mall. Close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, making travel around Berlin a breeze. Clean and modern style with a well appointed kitchen. Very attentive owners / staff that were there on time for our arrival and very responsive with all questions... what people say » before and during our stay. - The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.

  Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The bar manager Andre even organised my 60th birthday! Organising champagne with strawberries when I came down from my room, a taxi for the 6 of us and a booking in a fab Ital... what people say » ian restaurant. We couldn't have been made more welcome! I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

  My wife and I recently stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon, and we could not have picked a better spot to stay. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was larger than the place we live in normally(Quite a feat when staying in Europe). The place was nicely furnished, and we were amazed at how everything in the living room either recl... what people say » ined or transformed into something comfy to lounge on. The kitchen was fully stocked, and they even made sure we had detergent to use for the dishwash - Our appartment was right beside the train station but the sound levels were not bothersome at all when the windows were closed. We were 10 minutes walk from all the museums, television tower, main shopping centres, etc. also every day bar Sunday there was a market on the street just outside the front door where you could pick up all types of local and Turkish food stuffs and snacks.
