The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. The apartment is 100m from Alexa shopping, where there is a good
supermarket, and, if an outlet adapter is needed, you can also find it
there, on Media Market store. It is 200-300m from Alexanderplatz, and
many points of interest are nearby there. The most important: you feel
like you be at your home.
I liked it all: in the middle of the city, a nice, spacious appartement with all necessary facilities, and above all a very warm welcome by the owner of the appartement.
I would definately book the appartement again!.

Very large, clean apartment. Location near Alexanderplatz was ideal. The apartment owner was very helpful and made some good dinner recommendations, helping us with reservations.

Minor problem with the WiFi, but it was quickly addressed.
No other negatives, really.
The only small minus may be the location. You need to use transportation (u-bahn and s-bahn stations are near) anywhere else than to Alexander Platz, but of course that's because the city is so large.
A dryer would be helpful. The access to the parking garage was out of order which created some problems. There was a construction site across the street, so we got up at 7 each day and the furniture needs to be cleaned/updated.
