  We had a great experience! Went with 3 friends (40+) for the Christmas market. Had large comfortable rooms, very clean, directly overlooked the market, the mountain, had a slight river view as well as castle view in our top floor corner room. Easy walk from parking garage, but use P12 not P13 as we did for the hotel discount! Even so, 16 euro for 2... what people say » 4 hours is not outrageous but would have been free - We visited 11 hotels on this trip and this was our No.1. We had a fantastic loft apartment. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

  Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and easy. Lena even gave us her own food as restaurant closed lovely girl. All staff nice but Lena went beyond her duties.Breakfast selection brill, even a boiled egg to order. Cosy clean rooms all over excellent.Would highly recomm - The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning. Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping. Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..   Very comfortable, outstanding staff. - Staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the train station. A Tram line ran past the hotel, which was also convienent. The hotel itself was very clean and well organized.
