The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent polite andvery helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble, I would gladly reccommendthis hotel, excellent value for money. We were a party of thirteenpeople and a mixture of ages all thirteen agreed that they wouldreccommend hotel. Breakfast was amazingly generous and interesting and reception staff verypleasant indeed. A chance passing of the hotel, I found it had reopened and experienced very unhelpful staff. For a 3 star hotel I would have expected a fridge and better air conditioning. Room very small with only the basic facilities - one terrible pillow, poor layout. And the location was not great - nowhere to eat within walking distance and did not feel safe walking in the area in the dark. They don't have proper pillows on the bed. the beds are rock hard and the staff enter the room to turn the heating off when you're not there!.
