Convenience. Friendliness of staff and convenient location. Close to transport. Excellent staff, close to main railway station and only a short walk to the old town.Staff were very helpful and so friendly. It is right in the middle of the city close to shops etc. The staff were friendly and helpful very nice people.Good location and courteous staff. Nice buffet breakfast as well.

From the A52 motorway:
- Head towards Düsseldorf to the B8. Proceed towards the main station.

From the A44 motorway:
