This is a fantastic hotel which is very close to the Old Town and all the shops. It is also accessible to lots of other attractions by the close tram/train links. This staff are very helpful and speak and understand English.The rooms with the kitchenette are perfect for people who are on a tight budget or have a special diet which allows you to cook in the room ( Aldi supermarket not far away). The beds are so comfy.
all reviews » The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals. Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night. Great location for walking to all city sights. We stayed in the Business Apartment which was spacious and very well equipped. The self contained kitchen was great (not that we used it to cook in) Very quiet and great location for walking into the City/River. Excellent location for the 6 Christmas Markets and brilliant value for money. The train station back to the airport was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel are great for a families with a small children and for all who need sometimes to cook in a room. The location is good too, from Altshtadt about 15-20 minutes.There is a church opposite the hotel. A lot of product shops, farmacies and good restronts...near the hotel Pegasos..spanish(very good). Clean rooms and good stuff. this place was fab, i had read previous reviews before i left and thought its only downfall might be the location, but it is in a great spot..15 mins walk from the altstat means you can walk off your currywurst before retiring for the night, honestly a gem of a hotel in a great city...you should stay here!. It was excellent from start to finish. We got early to hotel and room was ready anyways. 2free beers on check in ! And room was lovely to stay in with views of the church. Very close to transport and about 20min to airport!. The room was perfect. It was a single room but enough space, comfortable bed, bathroom is perfect and internetconnection is stable. Rooms are small..Parking is not free. Business room isn't really worth the extra as economy rooms are good enough. A little accessories in bathroom. breakfast and parking are really too high priced!!. Had to pay 25 euro per day for an extra bed. It took them time to fix the a/c. Inflated prices for Medica exhibition. Too far really from all city activities - website implied everywhere was closer than reality!. Cold room because there were windows on two building sides. avoid rooms in thw corner of thw building in winter. location not great, noisy church bells in the morning. The bathroom is a bit small, doesn't have a bath. Noisy Bells from church opposite. No English channels on the in room TV. Housekeeping is outsourced - their staff knocked four times on my door in the morning wanting to know when I would depart. Windows old and transmit lots of outside noise. No restaurant No bar belonging to hotel Being charged more than my colleagues from Nokia Siemens Not being able to charge drinks to room. expensive,tiny parking staff, esp front counter expensive breakfast. Breakfast is too expensive (16 euro!!!).
