The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect. the room. Nice breakfast area, clean rooms, near to the Hbf. It was near the centre of the city. location. The location was very good, only 5 minutes by foot from the main station of Dusseldorf. Another good point was the supermarket in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot. If it was working, internet is available and free of charge,that is a very point.
all reviews » I like the room that was quite ok for the price and the staff was verynice nad helful. + comfortable + nice TV + solid furniture. cheap. Hotel was convenient to the main station. Facilities were basic but reasonable for the price. Room was clean and serviced daily.Quiet guests and no noise from stairs or elevator. One bus ride to the Exhibition centre although no buses on Sunday. 10 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was nice.We got a breakfast at 2.30 in the morning. Free parking beside the hotel. Tranquil. its quite nice hotel, with very good location, we had a nice room with comfortable bed and bedding. Most of the staff were very polite. I found the staff very unhelpful, especially as one of the biggest world expos was on at the time. Could not speak English at all so we found it very hard to communicate the most basic of things. Absoultly AWFUL, in a terrible area, the room was REALLY dirty.It was so bad that we had to leave. Do not book this hotel. the personal. hotel was cold, moist. It was not possible to access internet from my computer because the wireless didn't work with it. However the lady from the reception really tried to help me, but unfortunatelly, it was not ok. The heater was not working, so at the fist day I had to take a cold shower.To be honest, I would exept more from 3star hotel that 5minutes ofheating. There was -15 c outside and the radiators were turnedoff!!!!!It was freezing cold in the room and I couldnt sleep all night.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone during winter season,howeverI think in summertime t is a nice place to stay-teh staff is veryfriendly and u can even order a pizza at nite. - mold in the shower. My room and bathroom were not cleaned when I came back after a long, tiring day out, at around 16.30! Hope this was a mistake. Hotel Staff. The area was poor, I had the top room with no lift to it. A very small room but comfortable enough. The problem finding a nice hotel is tough because of the 'Drupa' show, they triple the prices for it. The room we were staying in was so cold and humid, even after 4 days of max heating it did not get better.Staff and services. The room 22 is very bad and narrow, the elevator doesnot rech the 5thfloor where my room was , the elevator is too noisy so you cannt useit at night. Comfort. stuff isnt friendly and abit unpolite. and we had hot water in the shower for the first 10 min only- after that- just cold :-). Room was very cold, no hot water at all!. I have booked double room, but in reality I had first four days the room2 meters high, there were two joined beds and 4m2 free space. Last fourdays I had single room with single bed however I have been charged byhotel as for double room rate. The worst thing is that customer must payfor the booked room before he sees the room!!!!!. It did not qualify to be a 3 star hotel... The bathroom was not very clean and the breakfast was quite poor. If you came down later there was not much to eat. The location is awful, in a very unsafe area right beside the train station(not good) It was so bad we had to leave an we did not get a refund. The room was very dirty. There was one tiny TINY blanket on the bed and it was -15degrees C.Do not book this hotel.
