Excellent location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Crisp white bed linen. No noise at all from the train station which looks more like a shopping mall than a station with 2 information desks and friendly, service oriented people. Excellent value for your money-clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, pleasant staff, tasty breakfast and conveniently located right inside main train station.

For someone just overnighting and coming/going with train and to connect to airport with S-Bahn in 10 minutes. Absolutely great location for anyone, who has train connections to catch early in the morning for example getting to airport for first flights. The staff at the desk. Not friendly.They don't look one in the eye. Never ask how was your day/night. Service with a smile is something they've never heard of. They handle your reservation while chatting with each other instead of looking at the person whom they are supposed to be talking to. In short: the guest is just a number for them. nothing. had to come home. The first night the heating was on in the room, so we woke up at night because of the heat. But even when we turned it off, the room was still very hot, so we had to sleep with the window open. (temperature outside: 6°C). Internet is no signal in the room, only can do Wifi at lobby. no free internet in room...no teamaking in room.. Staff was a bit curt on arrival. Like in all Ibis hotels, I do not like your 1 towel per person policy. Your breakfast is good, but too expensive. Noise outside at night. When we arrive, the front desk give us the room at level 1, but we requet for level 2 to get more view... at last we got what we requested. Breakfast is extra but no problem, open the door into station hall and there are tens of small shops/restaurants. Small rooms, but actually for a short sleep, do you need more than bead and washing room. Wifi in public area was so slow. hotel staff not smile enough. Hotel was a little worn and date. wi-fi service room size noise. without wifi in the room ~!!!!.
