Good, clean hotel. Simple and just perfect what I needed after a long flight. Staff helped to get WI-FI to work and was good trained in English. a good hotel , located front of ice Hockey Dome near airport Dusseldorf . Very clean and staff friendly, breakfast Delicious. The reception guy was businesslike and efficient. he explained things to me, and arranged a cab the following morning.

Mattresses could be renewed,springs come up at edges.Cannot sleep that good. The parking is not so big and when I came back from a meeting there was no spaces left. You can't park on the street or even in the neighborhood so the only solution is to park bad and try to move your car in the morning. I made my reservation for a NON-smoking room, but got a smoking room. According to the Hotel, becase there were to other rooms left. I have the feeling that guests who book through letsbookhotel.com are less prioritaty than other guests. location, to far for shopping or eating. Website specified sky tv but there was non available. Hotel itself was good value for money but no local amenities within the area. Hot brekfast would have been nice also. No Coffee no kettle Very expensive No breakfast included in price.
