I took the hotel for the location because I had a night out at the Bolkerstrasse in Dusseldorf, hotel is 2 streets away, middle of the centre, great location!.
The position of the Hotel was very near of the main restaurants, shops, Rhein river. Everything was clean and the people were very kind and helpfull.

DO NOT stay in room 103,203,303 if you want a good nights sleep.The noise off the street and from the bar directly below and opposite will keep you awake unless you are the heaviest of sleepers (Fri/Sat Night. The door also rattles.
From Hotel Rheinbilck we was transfered to hotel Alt Dusseldorf. From
silent place to the noisy. So instead rest before next day meetings I
did not sleep.

no elevator, i was in third floor with pain in my hip and going up to 3rd floor witout elevator it was disaster
value for money was zero
no isolation for outside noises
room is very small
no wifi in room, to see you emails you should go down to reception desk.
