Perfect location, can see the name on the hotel tower from the train station. Quiet room even though we were near the main road and train station. The pillows on the bed aren't very good, that was my only problem. That being said I didn't complain about it to the hotel, so it's not like they had the chance to do anything about it. The bed itself was very comfortable. For the price, breakfast really should be included. Never looked at the breakfast buffet but 18 E. seems a bit steep. Just next door there were a number of bakery/cafes offering good breakfasts for 4 to 8 E. per person.The rooms are quite small, I wouldn't recommend it for longer stay. Also breakfasts are very expensive (regardless the quality) - you cannot eat 16 euro per person in croissants... They told us breakfast was included when we checked in and then tried to charge 16 Euro per person when we checked out, which we refused to pay. Whilst quite good, the breakfast is not worth 16 Euro.The breakfast was better when the hotel was named mercure, fresh juice,bigger choice... And so on. Internet only available 7th floor and above.should add taxes to the price of the hotel when booking. One reception staff member bordered on rude, dimmed our experience a little.Would have liked a kettle and tea, coffee bags in room. Found pillows very uncomfortable. Facilities required additional payment. I am not a fan of the 3pm check in time, but as it seems, that is a general case and not particular to the hotel. The glass shower in the middle of the room (even in the twins) is very strange.
