We booked two rooms one for us and one for our children, both were very clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully with nice space. Staff was very accommodating. Excellent location near boat cruises and rail station. Staff was veryfriendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast!. We like to come back some day, because we had so great time there. Location and the fact that there was a cafe / bakery in the hotel.Breakfast and location. Good location. The Hotel is in a excellent position overlooking the Mosel, it is open during a quiet time of year, the cafe is superb for coffee and cake etc. The staff are very friendly and offer advice on places to eat. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Its why we stay every year.. central location. The breakfast was excellent- especially Sunday- huge brunch w/ sekt. Hotel is very charming and cozy. We also enjoyed the Weinstubbe in the basement. The staff were super friendly. There is a lovely art exhibit there now by Josef Steib. Excellent position in city center, nice taverna , very friendly hotel clerk.location and breakfast. parking not very good, no specific hotel parking. Construction next door was noisy. Some of the staff were not very service minded, poor attitude.no english tv and room was dusty.
