Friendly and helpful service. Got upgraded to a larger apartment free of charge which were nice. Strong Wi-Fi in that apartment. We had reserved a parking space which were in a closed yard. Perfect if you don't want to park in the street. Quiet area with lots of restaurants. Only a few minutes away from the U-bahn and walking distance to a lot of things. Small supermarket right across the street. There were a friendly atmosphere at the time of our visit.
all reviews » Quiet location but near public transport and within walking distance of places we wanted to visit. Very well equipped and comfortable. The little kitchen even had teabags, fresh coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and cleaning materials, and the shower room had soap, shower gel and shampoo. It is really close to various subway stations, and the neighbourhood is clean and safe. The apartment was really nice, it had everything I needed and more. They even gave me coupon for a free coffee in the nice place they have next to the reception area. I really recommend this place. The staff were friendly and courteous, the pictures on letsbookhotel.com exactly matched the apartment, the location was very convenient for getting around Berlin on public transport and had lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The location is very good.Spacious rooms,good kitchen. Parking available at 10Euros per night but free parking is available in street. Good arrangements for after hours check in provided you inform them upfront that you will be late. This wouldn't put me off staying there again though. Internet can be better as Wifi was very weak in some corners of room. WIFI speed could be improved Pillows very soft. slightly worn furniture. In our room the bathroom light did not work and there was no lock for the bathroom. This was not rectified during our stay for 2 days. Of course it would be better if it wasn't necessary to pay for the cleaning. Mattresses could be better but we slept fine. thin interior walls and exterior renovations on the building made for some noisy times. Room wasn't cleaned once during our 4 night stay despite the 20 euros we payed specifically for cleaning. Nothing. Nothing to mention. Reception closes at 18:00 so can't checkin if you have an late afternoon/evening flight. They wait until the day before to send an email asking what time you will arrive, but if you are travelling and don't have net access you won't be able to reply, which could cause problems. A bit noisy when there was a party downstairs... but... not a big problem. nothing. Could have more rugs in the place to avoid it being so sandy. Gloominess of light in the kitchen. A bit of noise at night, but no rowdiness. The only think that we didn't like was a very strange smell as we entered the appartment. Apparently the cleaning ladies weren't using the freshest mop / water... Kitchen induction, only 2 pots possible. Main bed in living room privce could have been more modest. Parking place 10 Euros per day. Never in week change towers and cleaning room.
