I thought the decor of the hotel was wonderful as was the the service of the staff. the service and room were fabulous. The location was excellent.Great room, very comfortable. The hotel bar was excellent. Everything the art the suite the vip lounge. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Very central!. excellent hotel. Exceptionally quiet - a feature of good room design and general layout. A big plus in my opinion. Great front of house staff - very friendly and helpful to a first time visitor - and room service excellent. VERY well located fo the sights of central Berlin, Rooms very comfortable.

Price of the breakfast and meals - not a problem though as plenty of choice near the hotel. Everything perfect. We asked for a double and got twins which were a bit small and also a bit soft. The service in the bar was very poor during both nights of my stay. In the end I walked out after being left to sit for ten minutes.room windows one is requested not to open !. The temperature in the swimming pool was a bit cold. It would be much better if the room for changing clothes were seperated between men and women.The price for breakfast was quite expensive (22 euros per person).When serving such a great amount of people I think that perhaps another two lines for the food line would have helped when the lunch was held in the basement area. The dinning area was good but unfortunatelly the waiters could not keep up, I waited for a cup of coffe for a long time and ended up leaving, I could not get anything out of the machine since it was not in use during lunch meals. There are no stairs.breakfast expensive but very good. The breakfast is overpriced.Overpriced breakfast, slow room service. I had the most disgusting sandwich from room service ever. They were obviously busy(?) didn't have time to take my call and reception had to insist they rang me back. I intend to post a comment on Trip Adviser, I avoided breakfast as a result and would never eat here.Room Internet services.Food Quality. Some off the staffmembers in the reception were a bit arrogant and the wall-art-paintings were awfull!. Its over priced for what you get. There is much better value available in Berlin. The gym is tiny (3 machines). Too big and impersonal. The breakfast room and service is very chaotic.Room is rather small and it would be nice if we have a kettle provided to make hot refreshment.Costumer Service.

The Maritim proArte is Berlin's first bio-certified (organic-certified) hotel. All dishes prepared at the hotel are made with the freshest organic ingredients. A comprehensive breakfast buffet is available each morning in the Galerie restaurant, from 06:30 until 11:00. On Sundays, a late-riser breakfast is available until 12:00. During the evenings, the Atelier restaurant serves delicious regional and international specialities. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday, from 17:30 until 00:00. On Saturdays, it remains open until 01:00. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The Media bistro serves a selection of snacks, sandwiches and drinks. The bistro is open daily from 12:00 until 22:00. The Checkpoint bar offers exotic cocktails, refreshing beers, fine wines and live music.
