Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before the trip back home. Entrance to the hotel directly from the parking house. Good location.

In the bedroom, it was impossible to get the temperature below about 23.5C. But we didn't raise this with staff so it can't have been that big a problem.It is ridicilous to pay € 27 for breakfast! Who made that masterpieces? Honestly when one have to pay more than € 200 for a room I think brekfast should be included. I got charged €175 for phone charges to a US toll free number and there was zero flexability on this.At first we were put in a room whitch had nothing to do with the roompresented on your website, also with the website of the hotel.theroom was very oldfashioned.after 20 min of discussion with themanager we were put in a room with the decoration presented, onwhitch we had a problem with the lock for the next 20 hours.(wecouldn't get in the room).

Change from A111 to highway A100, direction 'Zentrum / Wilmersdorf'. Leave the highway at the 'Spandauer Damm' exit. Turn left at the traffic lights
Continue straight ahead until you come to a large roundabout, 'Ernst Reuter Platz'. Enter to the right and leave the roundabout at the second exit ('Hardenbergstrasse'), continue straight, pass under the railway bridge at Bahnhof Zoo, continue straight and turn left at the first traffic lights into Budapester Strasse. You will see the InterContinental hotel on your left after approximately 600 metres

From the South

On highway A10 change to A115 at the 'Drewitz' intersection (direction 'Berlin-Zehlendorf, Berlin-Zentrum')
